Big Country Weird Country is dedicated to exploring and celebrating the biggest, strangest and best roadside attractions, local rituals, off-kilter monuments strange festivals and colorful people all across the USA.
Presented across thirty six 22 minute episodes, and hosted by Liza DeGuia, (Plum TV, Titan TV) Ryan “Duzer” Van Duzer (The History Channel, The Out There Guy) and introducing the 13 year old and naturally inquisitive Christopher Petrone, each episode contains three distinct segments, shot in three distinct parts of the country to create a full bodied collage of the weird and wonderful.

Featuring Hip Hop Founding Father Rev Kurtis Blow, a man known to holla at God, Amen Word is a look at spirituality, religion and youth culture.
This short film played in the Horror Fest sponsored by the Manhattan Neighborhood Networks Youth Channel and was made through The Favorite Egg’s youth outreach and media mentor literacy program (mediamentors.org) with the members of the Hunter High School Youth Cabinet.
We think it fairly represents what you get when you gather 25 socially conscious teenagers, and cheap lighting kit and a sony pd150 in a room for few hours… we’re so proud of them!
